Shipping policy

We offer free delivery on all items *

All items sold via the website are sent by special delivery Royal Mail or courier so they can be tracked and are insured in transit. A signature will be required on receipt of the goods. If your order is not signed for it will be returned to your local depot or you can arrange another convenient time for delivery with the courier.

The value of the item determines the method of delivery:

Under £100 – will be sent via Royal Mail
Over £100 – sent via DHL
Over £1,000 – sent via courier

Whilst we aim to send your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be dispatched.

A purchase will usually be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If you need something sooner do let us know before placing your order and we will try our best to work to your timeframe.

Items will NOT be shipped to a postal box address.

All items are fully insured and sent at the risk of the Constantine Rex Ltd.

Items will be sent out as soon as your money has been cleared.
